What will the minimum wage in California be in 2023?
California’s state-wide minimum wage will increase to $15.50 per hour for all employer sizes on January 1, 2023. The current minimum wage in California is $14 per hour for businesses with fewer than 25 employees and $15 per hour for businesses with more than 25 employees as of 2022.
